This sub-series includes books and periodicals with drawings and artwork by Tyrus Wong. Many of the books document his work for Walt Disney. Most of the periodicals are issues of "Reader's Digest" from the 1970s.

The items in this sub-series, mostly books and periodicals, pertain to Wah Ming Chang. They include a selection of books about movies and science-fiction, with a particular focus on the televeision show, "Star Trek." "Inside Star Trek" mentions Mr. Chang as the sculptor who constructed many of the props and decor used in the famous television show.

This sub-series includes two objects: one DVD of a film in which Chang appears, and a book about special effects in movies that mentions Chang on a few pages.

The sub-series contains one book and six soundtrack CD, video tape, and DVDs of four films written and/or directed by Wayne Wang: Chan Is Missing (1982), Dim Sum (1985), Eat a Bowl of Tea (1989), and The Joy Luck Club (1993).

The materials in this sub-series include books, periodicals, and prints either by or about Wylog Fong. These materials include an issue of Life magazine from 1924 with his drawing of a girl and a box of nine prints, four of which have titles and descriptions on the back.

This sub-series consists of six graphic novels authored by Chinese American artist Yen Liang as well as four books about American architect Frank Llyod Wright, one of which includes a photograph of Yen Liang.

This sub-series includes books, periodicals, photographs, and other paper materials about the artistic career of Yun Gee. One book in the sub-series is in French. One folder of document includes photocopies of Chinese Exclusion Case Files. The content of which involves the immigration case of Yun Gee's father Gee Quong On and raises to a confusion about Yun Gee's birth date.
